This travel company offers a wide range of holiday types across the globe to travellers from luxury tailormade travel to adventure packages. This role is ideal for an assistant manager from a tour operator or travel agency seeking career development, and to earn lucrative commission and work sociable working hours.
Each day will not be the same, duties include:
- Inspire, motivate and mentor your sales team helping them flourish and ensure they reach their potential
- Work with your team on their own Personal Development Plans and set goals for progression and achievement
- Delivering results, including driving individual and store targets as well as achievement set KPIs
- Bring new ideas to the table for business growth, driving in-store events and liaising with marketing to work on a localised marketing strategy
- Lead with exceptional customer service and have a real passion for people.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have assistant management, team leading or supervisory experience within the travel industry either from a travel agency or tour operator.
